Hands-On Drone Flight Training – Autel Robotics EVO II Series
We instruct hands-on with students using all flight modes. Flight system specific information that may be covered includes initial setup, upgrading firmware on both the flight system and batteries, charging and maintaining batteries, installing and using flight apps, using remote controller settings for different modes, component maintenance and replacement, geo-fencing, and flight logging. Hands-on practice may include calibration, take-off and landing using both automatic and manual modes, obstacle avoidance, intelligent flight mission planning and flights (Panorama, Hyperlapse, Orbit Hyperlapse, Dynamic Track, Smart Orbit, Orbit, Waypoints, Rectangular, Polygon, Oblique, Recording, Slope), return-to-home, camera/sensor operation, and emergency procedures. We also cover additional practical topics including charging batteries in the field and connecting external monitors, and we provide tips and tricks to maximize the performance and functionality of the system.
One-day classes ($545) and two-day classes ($995) are available. Students may bring their own flight system, and training is currently offered at our Victor, NY location during business hours. Advance registration is required.
